职位描述
Responsibilities 职责:
1. Supplier development and quality management with Purchasing and Technique Department
协助采购和技术部门进行供应商开发和质量管理
2. Supplier quality system audit, process audit and performance monitoring
主导供应商质量体系评审，过程评审以及能力监控
3. Supplier PPAP samples selection, document preparing, collecting and reviewing per PPAP
requirements
供应商PPAP 样本的采集，以及根据PPAP 的要求落实所需文件的准备、采集和检览工作
4. Approve supplier component PPAP
批准供应商零件PPAP
5. Coordinating all supplier PPAP Activities (e.g.: supplier PPAP requirements, attend supplier PPAP
running and measuring PPAP samples)
协调供应商所有有关PPAP 的活动(如供应商PPAP 需求，参与供应商PPAP 进程以及测评PPAP 样品)
6. Report and track supplier performance such as quality issue and 8D and cost recover to lead supplier
continuous improvement activities during mass production
报告并追踪批量生产下的供应商表现，如质量问题、8D 以及成本恢复并领导供应商持续改进
7. Follow up supplier’s corrective action plans originated from Audits, Customer’s returns or initial
samples non conformities
根据评审、客户还件率和原样品不符项跟踪供应商纠错行动计划
8.Supporting purchasing to do supplier selection ;after source committee,conduct development of
component
协助采购选定供应商,在开完供应商定点会后,负责零件的开发
9. Other works assigned by Quality Manager
质量经理分配的其他工作。
Requirements 要求:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Auto Engineering
机械工程或汽车工程本科以上学历。
2. 4-5 years working experience in auto components manufacturing industry or relevant
mechanical/electronic manufacturing industry.
4-5 年以上汽车零配件制造行业或相关机械/电气制造行业经验
3. Be able to read engineering drawing as well as GD&T.
能够阅读工程制图如GD&T.
4. Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA and ISO9000 and ISO/TS16949.
熟悉APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA 和ISO9000,ISO/TS16949。
5. Be knowledgeable in problem solving process as well as general quality tools application.
熟悉问题处理流程和常规质量工具应用
6. Good communication skills and team work style.
良好的沟通能力和团队精神。
7. Good English both in written and oral.
良好的英语写作和口语能力。
