POSITION OBJECTIVE

The project engineer has the responsibility for the system designing and configuration.

· Ensure the technical solutions are in accordance with Marine Tank Management internal design rules and philosophies as well as the class

society rules and regulations applicable.

· Provide system drawings and configuration in time.

· Provide technical support in winning projects and maintaining a high level of customer’s satisfaction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· System configuration and designing according to the contract.

· Ensure the Approval, Working & Final documentation to be delivered in time.

· Ensure all systems delivered from EPM MTM China are according to internal and external rules and regulations for such systems.

· Technical support to Sales, Sourcing, System Assembly and Aftermarket Department as and when required.

· Supervising factory acceptance test (FAT) within workshop.

· Project following up, technical clarify and co-ordinate to customers as required, this might include commissioning and start up at customer sites if necessary.

· Complete BOM timely and correctly to ensure no delay in operation process.

· Drawings and documentations management, update and back up, etc.

· Other tasks assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATION

· B.Sc. degree in marine engineering for mechanotronics/automation.

· Min. 1 years experience in marine automation/hydraulic/electric system design.

· Working experience or knowledge with Valve Remote Control and Level Gauging System is preferred.

· Good PC skills. (MS-Office, Auto-CAD, Software programming fundamentals, etc.)

· Basic knowledge for ERP system.

· Good English skill in both written and spoken.

· Responsible, honest, loyal and hard working, teamwork spirit.
