职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1.Administrate the recruitment tools & channel, be in charge of the daily recruiting tasks;
2.Participate in training, performance management, C & B, employee relationship functions related work;
3.Be responsible to employee entry & dimission, administrate the labor contracts issue;
4.Handle the employee social insurance issue, be in charge of the employee data;
5.Support any other HR related tasks assigned by superior.
Qualification:
1.1-2 years' HR related work experience, excellent graduate is also feasible, but should has been an intern in HR field;
2.Know the recruitment process very well, and with the experience and ability for daily recruiting tasks;
3.Know the local labor law system very well;
4.Bachelor or above, major in administration, labor and social security, HR & secretary will be prefer;
5.Kind, excellent communication & coordination ability, strong sense of duty, patient, careful and great service spirit;
6.Proficient English in both oral & written.
工作职责：
1.负责协助招聘渠道的开发与管理，完成日常的招聘工作；
2.参与协助培训、绩效、薪资福利、员工关系等模块的相关工作；
3.负责员工入职、离职、合同签订等手续办理；
4.负责员工社保办理，员工档案管理；
5.按照公司制度、流程，为公司提供高品质的其他人力资源支持工作。
任职资格：
1.1-2年人事管理相关工作经验，优秀的人力资源应届毕业生亦可，但须有相关人力资源实习经验；
2.熟悉招聘流程，并有实际操作经验及能力；
3.熟悉上海及国家相关人事政策及人事工作流程，熟悉各项劳动法规；
4.本科以上学历，行政、劳动保障、人力资源、文秘等相关专业优先考虑；
5.亲和力强，具备优秀的沟通、协调能力，责任心强，细心、耐心，有服务意识；
6.英语能力优秀，听说读写熟练。
