岗位职责:

1. 商务中心行政客服部的日常运营和管理；

2. 亲和力高，形象气质好。负责电话接听，接收客户来函及收发快递，并及时予以回复（要求使用客户服务礼仪），做好相关工作跟进、回访；

3. 与客户之间保持良好的沟通、协作关系；做好关键客户的商务客户接待和服务；

4. 熟悉公司服务设施的位置和行政商务经营特色，以及提供各类行政商务服务和物业收费；

5. 完成客服经理、主管分配的各项工作，并对商务中心进行监督及有效管理，遇事及时知会相关部门；

6、熟悉各项业务，对客户的各项合理需求进行有效处理；

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years experience in 5-star hotel, as a reception or floor leader role.

- Customer service orientation, excellent communication skills.

- Must be able to communicate in perfect Chinese and English, both verbally and writing.

- Basic computer skills.

- Well grooming and good appearance.

- Confident, independent, resourceful and highly motivated with a good health.

- Coachable, willing to learn and a team player.

岗位要求：

1.英文听说读写能力熟练，英语不熟练者勿投；

2.具有至少2年以上五星级酒店行政商务服务或同类商务中心客服接待工作经验；有前厅领班、楼层主管、资深商务中心客服工作经验者优先。

3.熟练操作计算机，能自如使用办公软件；

4.外形良好，仪表端庄，男女不限。

5.具有责任心和团队意识，良好的沟通协调及独立管理能力；

6.工作认真仔细，有耐心，具有亲和力。
