Job Requirement:

Fragrance Development :
Maintain and update a Collection of fragrances suitable for the market across categories.
Help build or introduce new fragrances regularly into the Collection and promotion.
Recommend fragrances for high speed briefs.
Organize new product evaluation session in Guangzhou.
Organize olfactive knowledge refreshment session in Guangzhou

Marketing:
Support presentations to internal and external clients.
Help prepare olfactive/marketing presentation for submissions in Guangzhou.
Disseminates information on projects and products using available tools (Collection, Encyclopedia, Project master, etc)

Lab:
Prepare application lab & oil samples for sampling and submission
Manage Labs supply, bases, oils and packaging materials
Maintain the laboratory and equipment as well as cleanliness of workplace
Follow established HSE rules
Manage administrative internal systems / tasks
keep daily records on orders, dispatches, and laboratory work

Requirement:
University degree with good communication skills.
Sensitive to smell and passionate about fragrance. (Need to pass olfactive test)
Hands on, curious, willing to run extra miles.
A strong team player.
