General Objective

Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in fabric/sample development, costing package, and negotiation on pricing for potential programs.

Responsible for monitoring and progressing the order follow-up to achieve the targets of on-time deliveries performances, on-time sampling, lead time.

To provide quality merchandising service to customers, through order coordination and follow-up, to assist in the achievement of company’s business objectives.

Main Task

- Monitor and progress each critical stage throughout the order tracking process and to make sure each step is properly implement by communicating with customers and factories independently. Ensure customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate sample development and production to meet customer’s requirements.

- Prepare and coordinate costing package. Monitor and ensure competitive quotations are obtained from appropriate factories for potential programs and follow up orders after order confirmation.
- Support to the team leaders for buying meeting.
- Check Purchase Order from customer, Create order to factories and update the data in company internal system.
- Prepare customers trips, and ensure the preparation during and before buyers meeting and prepare the schedule of the buying trip with the factories according to the customer needs.
- Keep good working relationship with customers and factories.

- Report to the team leader the daily issues and escalate any outstanding ones. Implement the corrective action plan to improve the performance.
- Assist in sourcing new material and new supplier.

- Actively visit suppliers on a regular basis. Works with factories to improve quality and manufacturing efficiencies.

- Share with suppliers for company business needs and objectives, maintains a positive factory relationship via day to day communication and positive participation.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification:

- Higher Diploma University graduate with minimum 3 years merchandising experience in woven and knits development and production follow up

- Good command of written English and Chinese (Fluent English speaking is an advantage)

- Sound technical knowledge in garment/yarn construction, washing, cutting, sewing, trims & accessories etc. in the respective product areas up to a level to be able to assess production comments/quality and make competent decisions on alternatives.

- Good experience in costing, sourcing of trims & accessories and production tracking activities.

- Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft office softwear ( Word, Excel, PPT, etc) professionally.

- Travel Requirements: Occational

- Able to build relationships and communicate effectively with suppliers.

- Able to identify problems, escalate and provide quality recommendations on solutions.

- Team work spirit & be flexible.

总体目标

负责在日常业务中协调布料/样品的开发，成本计划，协商定价潜在方案。

负责监控和跟进订单，实现按时交货，实时采样，交货时间。

为了给客户提供优质的营销服务，通过协调和跟进，以协助公司实现经营目标。

主要任务

- 监控和跟进每个关键阶段，通过追踪订单，独立地与客户和工厂沟通以确保每一步都正确实施。确保客户的满意度。

- 协调样品的开发和生产，以满足客户的要求。

- 准备和协调成本计划。监控和??确保竞争力的报价，获得适当的工厂潜在方案，并在订单确认后，跟进客户订单。
- 帮助经理完成购买会议。
- 检查客户的采购订单，创建工厂的订单和更新公司内部系统中的数据。
- 准备客户考察，根据客户的需求与工厂的安排好购买之旅。并确保购买大会之前期和期间的顺利。

- 与客户和工厂保持良好的工作关系。

- 针对经理的日常问题的报告，和增加的未解决的问题。实施纠正行动计划，以提高性能工作效能。
- 协助寻找新的材料和新的供应商。

- 积极定期拜访供应商。工程与工厂，以提高质量和生产效率。

- 与供应商分享公司的业务需求和目标，通过日常沟通保持工厂的关系和积极参与。

- 完成领导指派的其他工作。

资格：

- 大学毕业文凭，拥有至少3年在机织和针织服装的开发与生产跟进经验，

- 具备英文和中文的书写能力（流利讲英语的好是一种优势）。

- 在服装/纱线结构，洗涤，切割，缝制，辅料及配件等有良好的技术知识。在各自的产品领域到一个水平能够评估生产质量,有能力选择替代品。

- 良好的经验成本，采购，内件及配件和生产跟进。

- 计算机技能：能专业使用微软的办公软件（Word，Excel，PPT等）。

- 旅游需求：偶尔。

- 强大的任务为导向的技能。

- 能建立关系，并有效地与供应商沟通。

- 能够识别问题，升级，并提供优质的解决方案的建议。
