Position： Quality Metallugist Enginer 品质部金相工程师

Work outline & goal: Provide professional analysis on material/heat- treatment/plating issues

Main Job Responsibilities:

1、To involve the new products development and suggest requirements and preventions from metallurgy.
(参与新产品的导入, 从金相的角度建议产品的相关要求和防范措施)
2、To attend the internal Black Oxidation and Heat Treatment setting up and qualification to support optimize the profile setting and recommend maintenance from metallurgy.
(参与公司内部发黑和热处理工艺的建立和认证, 并帮助优化工艺温度时间曲线, 建议维护和保养)
3、To analyze the tools failures from microstructure view and define the failure reason to support team to drive problems fix and recommend preventions.
(从金相观点分析工具产品的失效原因, 帮助推动的解决问题,采取预防措施)
4、To involve supplier qualification or process establishing or subcontractor process qualification, and advice metallurgical requirements.
(参与新供应商的稽核或供应商或外包供应商制程的建立, 以确保产品达到金相要求)
5、To visit suppliers or subcontractors to support the failure analysis and recommend improvements and preventions.
(走访供应商和外包供应商, 帮助其失效分析, 建议改善和预防措施)
6、To review heat treatment suppliers corrective actions preventions.
(评审热处理供应商的改善和预防措施)
7、To standardize or optimize the metallurgical analysis process, and make Work Instructions.
(标准化或优化金相分析流程, 制作工作指示)
8、To conduct training to Metallurgy lab technicians the related employees.
(培训金相实验室技术员和相关人员)
9、To support to maintain ISO9001 2008 system.
(和团对一起帮助维护ISO9001 2008系统)

Careless prevention: Make a decision on any quality issue by personel feeling, not by specification and quality system requirement. Can't judge a people in an objective way.

Education and Requirement:
1) Major in Mechanical/ material/Automation control/Heat treatment, bachelor degree is prefer.
2) 5-8 years working experience, 3-5 years related working experience.
3) Familiar with various test equipments and checking jigs.
4) Familiar with material/heat- treatment/plating analysis
5) Familiar with computer and can use English to daily work
6) Familiar with quality control .
