Responsibilities 主要职责
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures achievement of company sales goals and profitability.
- Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales team. Leading & motivating sales employees through career coaching and personal development
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Assist customers in the proper application, selection, installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of company products.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales engineers to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales team.
- Provide technical sales presentations, technical support, customer training, applications guidance
- Assists Sales team in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Recruits, tests, and hires Sales engineer based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.

Requirements 任职资格
- 5-7 years of experience in sales management and engineering experience in petrochemical, chemical, fine chemical, fiber and polymer market.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Bachelor degree or above in chemical/mechanical/polymer engineering or related engineering degree.
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Fluent in both oral & written English and Mandarin
- Strong presentation skills, positive attitude and strong sales achievement
- Microsoft office and Windows software
- Team-work oriented, flexible and strongly committed to achieve results.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Conscious to work in an international environment
- Flexible, team-oriented and ready to work under pressure
- Good communication and negotiation skills
