职位描述
岗位要求：
- 保障本工段员工严格执行和遵守公司有关规章制度及安全生产规章制度；
- 按照生产计划和上级主管要求，组织车间工人进行生产，按时完成生产任务，保证产品质量
- 参加撬块安装的开工和技术交底会
- 做好与其他工段、部门的协调，确保生产任务顺利实施
- 管理本工段员工劳动纪律，考核本工段员工绩效、出勤
- 车间生产工具的维护保养、生产材料的有序管理
- 服从上级工作，向上级反馈日常生产工作进度，并合理调配车间各工种人员之间的工作
- 技能考评的准备和面试
- 车间新员工的技能，安全和SAP的培训
- 车间收料并通知QC检验
任职资格：
- 3年以上相关工作经验
- 技校或高中以上学历.
- 良好的(三维)识图能力，会操作电脑，办公自动化软件
- 熟练操作本工段设备，具有排除简单故障的能力
- 良好的团队领导、沟通协调能力
- 良好的焊接技能或焊接质量辨别技能
- 具备管道制作和设备安装的能力
- 敏锐的安全和质量意识；突发情况的判断、处理能力
- 能看懂简单的英文技术图纸
