岗位职责：

1、在充分理解设计需求的基础上，设计测试方案和测试用例，完成测试用例、脚本及测试代码实现，搭建测试环境；
2、负责测试工具的概要设计和详细设计工作，编写代码并进行调试、维护；
3、完成系统测试工作，包括功能、性能、可靠性等测试；
4、记录测试情况，编写测试报告反馈给开发人员，跟踪问题解决情况；
5、适当参与需求访谈和设计过程，并与业务部门合作，确保测试系统的设计和执行符合业务标准；

任职资格：

1、本科，计算机相关专业，2年以上系统测试经验；

2、熟悉SQL Server或Oracle等数据库，掌握VB、.net或Java中至少一门开发语言，有B/S架构应用软件开发或测试经验更佳；

3、良好的书面和口头沟通能力；

4、高度的团队合作精神、工作主动性强、耐心细致、责任心强，具有吃苦耐劳精神。
