Responsibilities:

• Manage lean objectives across all of NRH operations from design for 6 sigma, through supplier audit, selection, and development. Further introducing lean manufacturing tools and principles within NRH operations.
• Lead/execute productivity projects and production efficiency, including labor minutes improvement;
• Drive process and equipment improvement to reduce product cycle time;
• Monitor & analyze production workflow, equipment, workmanship, and production statistics for efficiency & productivity improvement;
• Product defect analysis and improvement;
• Conduct the improvement tools training;
• Create reports and present status to management team
• Facility layout and new production lines layout as required
• Complete all the tasks efficiently that manager arranged;
• Responsible for managing 5S performance on all areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Engineering or related disciplines; with preference to Mechanical Engineering and or Production Engineering
• With over 8 years of experience in implementing continuous improvement projects in multinational company, manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Sound track record of implementing Lean with good knowledge of Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Cell Manufacturing, SMED, Kanban etc.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Team player, results oriented and open minded
• Being familiar with AutoCAD;
• Willing to learn, proactive and self-discipline;
• Fluency English and Mandarin.
