Job Purpose;

To join the finance team in dealing with the increasing work load, tax filling and additional paper works after the transition of the Company from a Processing with Supplied Materials to Processing Imported Materials.

Main Responsibilities:

To agree with the suppliers on the total of invoices on a regular basis

To ascertain the balances with suppliers on the details of the invoices

To liaise with tax authority agent on fulfilling local requirement

To prepare returns and the documents for filling with tax authority

To assist in preparation of cash budget

To assist in settlement of payable balances to suppliers

To prepare schedules for month-end closing

To prepare schedules for budgeting and operation reviews

To perform other ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

Tertiary education with 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting function, preferably obtained in manufacturing plant

High integrity

Computer proficiency

Excellent English skills

Proficiency of PRC accounting standards and tax requirements

Good communication skills
