RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and integrated Quality Management System for corporate office and projects
2. Develop annual budgets for QHSE resource; assess the level of resource for current and future corporate activities.
3 .Develop and maintain Corporate QHSE procedures.
4. Develop an annual Corporate Audit Programme
6. Monitor changes to legislation and assess the impact on the business.
7. Review and analyses data from audits, accident investigations, near misses, concessions, defect reports and customer complaints and implement preventive action.
8. Undertake the company's Management Review process.
9. Identify and facilitate continuous improvement opportunities and monitor progress.
10. Prepare reports for the Board.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Min Bachelors Degree in Engineering
2. Min 15 years of related experience of developing and maintaining management systems for quality, health & safety and environment in oil and gas industry.
3. 5 years as a Management staff
4. Able to converse in Mandarin is a must
