Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above in engineering and technical field required; CPSM or CPM preferred and MBA preferred.
- Minimum five years direct supervisory experience in supply chain or operations management
- Good understanding on the end-to-end supply chain management incl. planning, logistics, sourcing and manufacturing.
- Proven track record of establishing and developing a supply base in support of a high tech, high growth, assembly operation
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Demand Flow manufacturing experience Preferred.
- Familiar with sourcing and supplier quality on injection molding and circuit board assembly
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and superior communication skills.
- Proven leadership in cross functional technical projects.
- Command skills in leading change, attainment of agreed upon goals and enforcement of corporate values and policies.
- Strong command on English.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for a wide range of management responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Direct supervision of procurement, sourcing functions for China manufacturing operations. Coordination of China based sourcing and supply quality functions in support of France and United States manufacturing operations.
- Ensure continuous supply of materials to production while supporting inventory objectives
* Utilization and maintenance of Oracle for long term planning and procurement
* Implementation and maintenance of supply kanban replenishment programs
* Development of forecasted demand communication and supplier capacity planning programs
- Enable Supplier Quality and Performance Management programs
* Supplier qualification, component quality plans, supplier process change control
* Proactive improvements in component quality, cycle time, delivery and cost
* Quantitative supplier performance measurement
* Periodic executive performance and planning reviews with key suppliers in the region
- Establish and enforce ethical and efficient contract negotiation policies and procedures
* Production purchases orders, MRO purchasing, purchasing cards
* Capital expenditure requisitions and contracts
* Ensure Product Development support
* Supplier involvement in product design to reduce cost and improve quality
* Component specification review, tooling procurement, initial component and supply manufacturing process qualification and design change control
- Support Global Sourcing strategies for current and future supply needs
* Enable strategic sourcing plans in alignment with financial, manufacturing and product development objectives
* Maximize efficiencies in the supply chain and optimal utilization of supplier capabilities
* Support in-sourcing/outsourcing decisions
