Position Title: Facility and SHE Manager/Supervisor

As facility and SHE manager, you will be responsible for facility, equipment, and SHE management, including new investment, maintenance, daily activities, and systematic management.
To well
To keep minimum equipment break-down time, to well maintain facility in good condition, to create safety working environment.
Job description
Facility management
· Manage facility property (building, power, water supply, air-conditioners…) to keep in good condition, and cooperate with government on relative legal requirements
· Supervise new investment of facility and responsible for legal approval
· Responsible to follow Atlas Copco Lost Prevention Requirements
· Develop program and procedure of equipments maintenance (welding machine, cranes, sandblasting, air-compressor, and other common equipments)
· Work with planning and production team for new equipment investment
SHE management
· Responsible to improve OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 management system, integrated AQ9006 into current.
· Responsible to follow Atlas Copco SHE policy and to achieve company SHE target
· Be responsible to train all staff on SHE awareness and skill
· Be responsible for erection and commissioning site SHE audit
· Run and supervise daily activities of SHE
Experience requirements
· 5 years job experience in a similar function preferred
· Heavy machine erection and commissioning site safety management experience is must
· Experience in facility structure management and supervision
· Good practical experiences in equipments and safety management in manufacturing plant
· Safety engineer certification or equivalent experience preferred
Knowledge
· Chinese/Mandarin mother tongue and very good command of written English is required
· Proven computer skills: being professional in MS Word
· Knowledge of guidelines for facility management, SHE legal requirements
Educational requirements
· University degree in mechanical, process engineering or civil engineering

· High level of receptiveness and coordinating abilities
· Action and result-oriented
· High stress resistance and good team spirit
· Very good communication skills
· Proactive in approach, persistent in follow-ups
