JOB
As part of Telecom Software House organization, you will lead both GGS and R&D team on following topics:
On GGS part：local product development, solution delivery to Chinese customers, and corresponding support & maintenance job;
On R&D part: solution product development and internal/external support to worldwide customers.
As manager, you will also have the responsibility to take care of your team members, motivate team spirit, and develop the career path of your team members.
MAINS MISSIONS
? Maintains and develops the skill set of his group to always have the highest level of expertise in their specific areas.
? Validates the solutions proposed by his/her team (quality, performance, and cost efficiency and customer satisfaction).
? Proposes, validates and implements the annual budget of his/her team
? Continuously improves his/her team productivity and process following the best practices suggested by Software Engineering Counsel.
? Lead one or several R&D product development projects as part of WW R&D team
? Makes her/his team partner oriented (internal partner, external partner)
? Plans his/her resources to match the yearly product/technology roadmap, and define/maintain the roadmap of local products
? People Management related missions.
? Attract and retain good caliber people.
? Evaluation of staff in his/her team, by setting and monitoring objectives. Provide guidance and help for the career development of his/her team.

QUALIFICATIONS
? Be polyvalent, curious and perseverant
? Be pragmatic, reactive and customer oriented
? Excellent English in both oral and written
? Strong leadership both on project and on people management
? Strong communication ability to both internal and external interfaces
? Good decision making skills
? Ability to drive, develop and motivate his/her team
? Good organizational and negotiation skills
? Ability to manage the budget and planning
Experience
? Master degree on Computer Science or Electronics Engineering
? At least 5 years’ experience in development in which 2 years in Project Management or minimum 2 years’ experience in managing a development or validation team
? A plus should be to familiar with Gemalto solutions and PLC/SLC process
