The IKEA IT Helpdesk Team Shanghai has its main competence in the IKEA Retail tools and is one of 6 global Helpdesk Retail Teams.


We offer a six months to one year base internship programme for the opportunities to work , learn together with us.


The main requirements :
Language skills
·Do you speak fluent English and Korean or English and Japanese?


Service Minded
·Do you enjoy communicating with other people and fully utilize your language skills?
·Do you enjoy helping others?
·Do you enjoy environment which requires global co-operation?


Interest in IT and willingness to learn
·Do you enjoy working with your computer and like to get a deeper knowledge of our IT Systems?
·Are you looking for opportunities to learn every day?


Job Requirements:
·Major in required Language or Computer Science related.
·Third or fourth Grade College student
·Secure 2 working days per week will be the minimum requirement
