Primary Function
Validating that vendor partners operate efficient, safe and ethical factory environment, producing safe and reliable quality product in line with the most current Target and US/Canada Safety and Regulatory requirements.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Assures established strategic direction to inspection offices for achieving individual or team goals and valances time, resources to achieve these.
Advocates leadership defined strategies to hold all parties accountable for operational excellence and consistency in accordance with Target and US/Canada Safety and Regulatory requirements.
Anticipates and meets the need for information of key stakeholders, synthesizes complex information, and communications the right amount of detail.

Requirement
4 years university degree or equivalent
Minimum 4 years in supervisory/management capacity with similar operational scope and complexity
Experience with a US or European based corporation
Excellent leadership/interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills in English and local office langage
Ability to line balance/recognize prodution bottle necks and provide guidance for corrective action
Ability to engineer an operation to optimize output and maintain consistent quality
