职位描述
1.0 Report to报告给 HA Manager
2.0 Overall Responsibility
Take charge of the setup and maintain the Career Development Plan and training system for employees. Assist to organize the staff event and some other team building activities.
3.0 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following:
3.1 Build training system, design training plan and optimize training process to align with business development;
3.2 To identify and develop creative solutions to minimize the gaps between the organization and staff development needs.
3.3 Prepare the management training program and Course
3.4 Work closely with business partners and external parties to identify, plan, develop and implement effective training solutions and ensure to meet the objective of training;
3.5 Maintain the training filings appropriately. Consolidate training reports;
3.6 Deliver HR key courses as internal trainer; Plan, organize, implement internal technical exchange courses;
3.7 Implement and administer career planning system, programs and activities, which should well balance between the personal aspirations and company views;
3.8 Any other assignments as requested by HA Manager.
4.0 Requirements:
4.1Creative and open minded. Energy and active in personality.
4.2 Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Coaching or Human Resources or related subjects;
4.3 Over 5 years of HR experience, of which a minimum of 3 years solid training & development experience is required;
4.4 Proficient in both written & spoken English;
4.5 Excellent communication and engaging skills. Good at presentation and training delivery.
4.6 Flexible and be able to work in fast-changing environment;
4.7 Could be work under the minimal supervision and deliver the results.
