We are currently recruiting individuals to assist Australian businesses grow and develop while working from the comfort of our shanghai offices. With an excellent compensation package and a training provided we are the company that the others want to be like!
The position will:
-Help CEO to coordinate the qualitative & quantitative report and data consolidation; conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
-Filtering key information from the raw data and produce an end product that is in a well-designed format and easy to read and understand.
-Basic understanding of statistical table & charts;
-Complete tasks with high efficiency in line with project timeline, precondition is understanding scope of work and data files;
-Research on these specific establishments online and retrieve necessary data from them, either online or offline as required
-transcribe information into required electronic format
-scan documents into document management systems or databases
-combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
-Be responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and
external executives and assistants, as well as consultants.
- Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently
-Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications.
- Assist Partners with preparation of presentation materials.
- Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background
documents and outgoing mail as necessary.
-Assist in pipeline/forecast preparation and management.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a
timely manner.
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed.
- Work closely with the Partners to coordinate and launch hard copy or email campaigns to
consultants, clients and potential clients.
- Attend dinners and meeting and translate when required.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing material and oversee marketing contractors.
Skills and Specifications
It is essential for you to have the following skills and specifications:
-Good knowledge about receiving and sending emails.
-Good communication skills with people of high-level positions in English
-Good knowledge about writing business proposal and reports.
- Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills.
- Excellent English pronunciation (preferably British English but American will be considered).
-Good organizing skills.
-Good logical problem solving skills.
- Good research skills.
-Excellent presentation and solid business culture awareness.
Education and Qualification:
Have an English equivalent of an IELTS 7 average.
Have some prior work experience preferably in a secretarial/ marketing role.
