职位描述
受美资半导体公司委托，招聘flash memory 验证工程师两名，主要是偏模拟的部分，一名资深的，6~12年工作经验，一名资浅的，1~5年工作经验,工作地点在上海张江高科
Responsibilities:
Responsible for analog verification of Flash memory products/IPs.
Generate test plan and test vectors according to product/IP spec.
Debug full chip simulation and report to circuit designer
Responsible for the developments of specified flash memory products or embedded flash IPs.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in EE
Basic IC design and verification methodology.
Experience on memory macro design/verification
Memory (especial Flash memory) knowledge is preferred.
Tools used may include Verilog, Perl, Skill, TCL, HSPICE/HSIM, Cadence Composer, or other equivalent tools
