受某美资大型半导体设计公司委托，招聘工程师负责代工的封装厂工艺质量管理，工作地点在上海张江高科
Responsibilitie:
1. Assembly process sustaining
2. Yied enhancement and quality improvent
3. Non-conforming material disposition
4. Technical support
5. Supplier audit
Requirements:
1. B.S. Engineering graduates with minimum of 3 years experience in Process or Packaging Engineering, Assembly or Test.
2. Knowledge of IC assembly, Quality Policy, Quality Management and Quality Assurance standards, Statistical Techniques, Equipment/Tooling, Understanding of the following: Specdb, PROMIS, ONIT, MBOI systems.
3. Knowledge of FMEA, SPC control, DOE, 8D report, CAR, etc.
