TITLE: Service Engineer维修工程师

JOB PURPOSE
The Service Engineer is responsible for: 维修工程师负责
1.Servicing all LSG/CDG instruments in China 临床诊断部及生命科学部仪器的维修
2.Assisting and building customers’ confidence and network with Bio-Rad

帮助建立客户对伯乐的信任和建立客户网

ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Consistently provide preventive and maintenance services to customers向客户持续提供维护维修服务
2. Service all LSG instruments such as pre-installation, warranty follow up etc.

负责临床诊断部及生命科学部仪器的前期安装和保证期跟进
3. Work closely with distributor’s service team in the region和当地经销商的维修团队紧密合作
4. Ensure all service calls are handled on time and to the satisfaction of the customer

确保所以维修来电都及时解决并令客户满意
5. Ensure the in-house workshop, tools and test equipment and keep the area tidy and clean at all times

确保工作场所里所以工具检测都干净整洁
6. Maintain all Demo equipment in proper order维护所有Demo
7. Update market trend towards service in China更新国内维修趋势
8. Meeting territory service goals and objectives达成当地维修目标
9. Achieving and control cost and service expense控制维修成本
10. Ensure that the Company achieves its customer satisfaction objective at all times

确保公司一直能达成客户满意度
13. Report promptly to the Service Manager of any circumstances where this is not occurring

及时向维修经理汇报任何客户不满意的情况
14. Maintain good customer relationships维护客户关系
15. Update customer’s data base by providing user names, contact person, address, telephone no. email address

更新客户资料，提供使用者姓名，联系人，地址，电话，Email等
16．Ensure all spare parts are properly recorded, kept, and used保证所有配件都记录，保管和使用正确

18. Ensure replenishment of spare parts used by raising requisition orders保证零配件供应充分
19. Prepare requisition orders for spare parts not available如零备件缺少时填写申请单

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications
Essential
University degree/diploma in electronics/instruments or mechanics or equivalent
电子或机械系大专以上
Experience
Essential
Hands on experience in medical/diagnostic instruments有医疗仪器维修实地经验
Minimum 3 years servicing medical/diagnostic instruments至少3年维修医疗仪器维修
Proven trouble shooting experience in medical/diagnostic instruments有仪器故障寻找经验
