TITLE: CDG QSD PM 质控产品经理
DIVISION: CDG, Bio-Rad China 临床诊断部

JOB PURPOSE

1.External & internal training for customers, distributors and internal sales & FAS team;

负责公司内部销售及技术支持人员，以及公司外部经销商及客户的相关培训；

2.Customer complain management, coordinate with FAS team;

协调技术支持团队及时处理客户投诉；

3.Local market promotion activity organization like events, exhibitions and road show;

当地市场推广活动的组织，例如市场活动,展览、科内及用户会；

4.Local speaker network establishment and maintenance;

本地推广会的网络建立及维护；

5.QSD Sales forecast and monitoring;

质控产品的销售预测及监控；

6.Market survey for customer need, satisfaction and competitor analysis;

市场调查客户需求,满意度和竞争对手的分析；

7.participate in market strategy plan and executive;

参与市场战略计划和执行；

8.Support other colleagues in the QSD MKTG team.

支持质控 MKTG 团队中的其他同事。

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

1.Independent project management skills;

具备项目独立管理能力；

2.clinical laboratory and marketing related knowledge;

具有临床试验室及市场相关知识；

3.Communication and presentation skill;

良好的交流及演讲能力；

4.Proficient in written and spoken English.

英语口语及读写熟练。

Education

Bachelor degree or higher in the clinical laboratory or related, MBA is preferred.

临床试验 本科及以上学历，MBA优先考虑。

Experience

1.Over 5 years of product manager working experience in the diagnostic industry;

5年以上诊断行业产品经理工作经验；

2.Working experience in clinical lab is preferred.

具有临床试验室工作经验优先考虑。

Environment/Working Conditions:

Works in BeiJing office.

工作地点-北京

Travel is required over 50% per month.

出差频率每月一半以上时间。
