职位描述：
1. 能够熟悉掌握国家的法律法规及有关工程造价的管理规定，精通本专业理论知识；
2. 对工程合约及图纸进行审核；
3. 熟悉工程图纸，掌握工程预算定额及有关政策规定做好工程成本核算，为正确编制和审核预算奠定基础；
4. 熟练掌握工程造价控制工作原则和方法，能独立进行工程造价以及成本分析工作；
5. 参与工程项目投标报价、工程开工预算以及工程完工预决算的工作；
6. 能独立制作港式清单报价或国际清单报价，并对不同的供应商报价进行比较分析及比较；
7. 熟悉施工现场，了解工程合同和协议书，配合项目人员做好每个阶段的施工预算，及时向公司领导反应工程经济运行情况；
8. 熟悉装饰工程施工项目的工艺做法，掌握现行材料价格的变化和工程造价的变化趋势；
9. 参加图纸会审和技术交底工作，依据其记录进行预算调整，就工程成本管理及时向项目总监提供建议；
10. 参与在建工程的施工预算和竣工决算工作，协助财务部对工程款项的成本进行核算；
职位要求：
1. 专科及以上学历，工程预决算、工程造价、室内装饰或其他相关专业；
2. 5年以上工程咨询工程公司的工作经验；
3. 熟悉项目的全过程造价管理，包括前期的估算编制、施工图预算编制、招标文件的编制及相关流程的审核，合同文件的编制及管理，中期的工程变更的审核、设计变更的评估、付款审核，后期竣工结算的编制及审核，以及后期资料的整理等全部工作内容。
4. 熟练掌握Office办公软件，能运用Auto-CAD软件进行基本制图；
5. 有良好的沟通协调能力和综合专业能力，职业道德良好，条理清晰；
6. 工作认真有责任心，有较强的适应能力；
7. 具备基本英语阅读能力；
8. 需持有预算员上岗证，有造价工程师证优先考虑。
