ARTISAN GATEWAY is an international film and cinema consulting company with offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Jakarta. We provide investment, international market development, and research services to Hollywood film studios and entertainment clients and partners globally.

Job Position: ASSISTANT TO PRESIDENT

Directly support the President. General office and admin work as required; business development and client support responsibilities. Film and cinema industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle business scheduling, project coordination, communication activities of President
• Business development, research, and client support
• Business travel as required
• Telephone answering, general office work, and simple report preparation
• English/Chinese verbal and written translation

Requirements

• University degree holder with professional English verbal and writing skills. Excellent people handling and communication skills. Additional language skills welcome.
• Strong sense of responsibility and organization. Take direction with independent and complete follow through; understand goals and prioritize steps to achievement.
• Details oriented with good individual problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Expert MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic IT skills, knowledge of a range of media software in both Chinese and English. Detailed English writing and proof reading for accuracy and good form required.
