Job Summary:
The incumbent of this position is to develop digital marketing strategy, including all the digital platforms to drive and grow Ahlstrom brand awareness down the value chain in the Building & Energy Sector in Greater China, and in the end create demand from the downstream of the value chain.
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop annual digital marketing communication strategy, coordinating with the overall marketing strategy and manage within budget
2. Plan, execute and manage online campaigns in close cooperation with regional marketing and sales
3. SNS management in a timely manner, meaning occasional working out of business hour, including weibo, weixin, renren, youku, etc.
4. Hands on practice on SEO and SEM, on online portals like baidu, google, etc.
5. EDM, customer database setup & management, and regular E-Newsletter development
6. Website contents management
7. Working closely with marketing team and marcomm vendors to communicate brand and message correctly and timely
8. Quarterly result analysis and report

Key Competencies and Skills:
? 3 Years + similar experience in Marketing, preferably in home deco/wallcover industry.
? 2 + years digital marketing (include SNS, SEO, SEM etc.) experience
? Bachelor degree is a must , advertising & marketing major is preferred
? Fluent in both written and spoken English,
? Efficient and effective communication skills, with strong data analysis.
? Skilled in MS office, PowerPoint, Excel and Word, basic skills in Photoshop will be a plus
