上海迪士尼度假区物料操作员职位描述:

基本要求

· 有仓储工作经验: 使用各种工具装卸货物

· 有仓储软件操作经验，能看懂英文的数据表格

· 具备一定英文能力者优先考虑

工作职责

该职位向上海迪士尼度假区仓库主管汇报

负责收发货，包括来自美国迪士尼及供应商的国内货物和进口货物。检验装车货物以确保安全运输和卸载。工作职责包括但不限于:

· 负责现场施工地点的收货工作，包括木箱、包装和产品

· 负责在迪士尼物料软件系统中更新库存

· 检查签收货物有无破损，单据齐全与否。

· 做收发货、货物破损记录并完成相应的沟通工作。

· 做好库存记录 (现场和外场)，包括收货、贴标签、库存定位并决定货品应存放在现场还是外场

· 依据库存管理流程处理货物破损及库存短少，并完成包括索赔和报告在内的文本工作

· 正确记录和存档作业文件，包括：发票、收据以及已发货物的的发货单。

· 操作仓库设备，包括叉车、升降车、液压车等。在现场或堆放区搬运布景产品

· 与供应商、工程师、项目协调员和采购配合完成货物的搬运交接。有时需要安排项目协调和工程师到交接现场检验货品的

· 良好的安全意识和基本的设备、工具、仓储区域管理。

有时需协助第三仓库的运营。

SHDR Material Handler Description:

Minimum Requirements

· Experience in onsite warehousing receiving and staging items

· Hold a current valid fork lift license

· Skill in operating warehouse equipment-forklift, warehouse reach truck, pallet jack.

· Experience in warehousing environment: off loading and loading of items utilizing various vehicles on a construction site

· Experience with inventory control systems and reading spread sheets

· Bilingual in English is preferred

Job Responsibilities

This position reports to the SHDR Warehouse Supervisor.

Assist with the shipping and receiving operations including local and imported items from Disney and contracted vendors. Inspecting loads to ensure they are secure for travel on or off property. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Assist with receivables at the onsite construction location including various crates, packages, and production items

· Responsible for item tracking in the Disney Item Tracking System (ITS) and making sure that it is properly updated.

· Assist with the inspection of all received items. The Warehouse Supervisor and Principle Material Handler are responsible for inspecting all crates.

· Assist with item tracking, and damage control including proper record keeping and good communication skills

· Track production inventory (interior and exterior areas) including

receiving, tagging items, locating items, and determining whether items should be stored inside or outside

· Follow inventory control procedures such as tracking damages and losses and completing paper work on claims and reports

· Maintain proper records of warehouse operations including invoices, receipts, and release forms of items shipped.

· Operate warehouse equipment including fork lift, warehouse reach truck, pallet jack, etc. Operation of warehouse equipment is required to move show products around the onsite facility or outdoor lay down area.

· Assist with vendors, engineers, project coordinators, and buyers to help facilitate item movement. This responsibility may include accommodating project coordinators and engineer’s inspections of construction site delivered items

· Responsible for good safety practices and basic housekeeping of the facility and outdoor lay down area

· Assist with outside 3rd party warehouse operations on storage requirements as needed
