Job description / requirement
1. Interface with Automotive customers directly to facilitate the resolution of all quality, reliability and process issues.
2. Execute and monitor full range of TS 16949 core tools implementation in factory for Automotive application projects.
3. Possess good English written and oral communication skills to handle Automotive customer complaints.
4. Work with factory on corrective action report and drive continuous improvement actions through 8D process.
5. Take lead in Automotive customer audit in factory.
6. Be independent as well as a team player and takes directions with ease.
7. Willing to travel.

Other requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above major in IE, EE or related Engineering filed. 5 years working experience.
2. Must experience ISO/TS 16949 lead/supplier auditor certification training.
3. Will be a plus with ISO/TS 16949 auditor certificate.
4. Will be a plus with 6-Sigma GB/BB and/or CQT/CQE/CRE certification.
5. Will be a plus with knowledge of magnetic products.

Working Experience:
1. Minimum 5 years or above working experience in Automotive manufacturing/assembly industry QA or Engineering related function area.
2. Experienced in customer complaint handling and strong capability of failure analysis and trouble shooting.
3. Familiar with electrical components manufacturing & EMS assembly process for Automotive applications.
4. Familiar with quality related areas include, but not limited to: incoming inspection, in-process inspection, FG inspection.

Professional Knowledge and Skills:
1. Must have knowledge in ISO9001 and/or TS16949 Quality Management System.
2. Must familiar with TS Core tools.
3. Must familiar with 8D process and Failure Analysis tools to provide corrective action report timely.
4. Fluent English skills in communications, writing, and reading
