Assist finance manager, in charge of Cashier work of Shanghai service center and Hong Kong trading company:
Responsible for daily domestic cash payment with pay proposal from AP accountant as well as FX payment.
Responsible for bank balance reconciliation
Responsible for Bank Acceptance Draft collection and discounting
Assist in bank information maintenance
Other task relate to cash and bank.

Qualification

Good Verbal, Written Communication
Ability To Work According To Deadlines With Minimum Supervision
Work Independently And Self Motivated
Team Player
Knowledge Of SAP Is A Plus
Have related work experience is A Plus
Proficient In Microsoft Excel
