Description of the Job:

1. In charge of PCS and support manager for channel management;
2. Customer hotline pick-up & information collection, report delivery to manager on time;
3. Marcom tools management to ensure execution effectiveness & materials delivery on-time;
4. Support manager with online/offline marketing campaigns, development and production, to ensure marketing activities going smoothly;
5. Maintain sales contract and agreement;
6. Contract and Agreement flow down;
7. Provide support to run and analyze sales report for sales team to recommend follow up activities;
8. Set all incoming priority and work with the Logistic and Administrative Coordinator to coordinate all sales related issues to ensure 100% customer satisfaction;
9. be responsible for recording and maintaining all opportunities from distributors , confirm validity and coordinate project conflicts among ditributors;
10. support sales team on bidding.

Requirements:

* College degree or above. 1-2 years experience in sales/marketing with foreign company preferred.
* Good command of oral and written English.
* Strong in computer skills, especially in Microsoft office Excel, Word, PPT.
* Positive attitude, good communication and coordination skills, result driven, careful, good teamwork spirit.
