职位描述
The purpose of the job is to develop, implement and administer global and country level compensation and benefits programs according to business needs and ensure local regulatory requirements and compliance are met. Geographically your responsibility area covers all countries in Asia Pacific, currently we have employees e.g. in China, India, Thailand, Australia, Indonesia, , South Korea and Japan. Majority of the headcount is located in China
Main Responsibility:
1. Implementing Valmet Global C&B guidelines, processes, tools and projects in the region in co-operation with HR and business management to serve business needs
2. Be the regional owner of job evaluation process, pay position analysis and salary reviews, incentive plans, local benefit programs, and expatriate compensation
3. Conduct surveys and reviews of local bonus plans based on job analysis, internal salary data and external market data and propose changes to increase plans motivational impact and alignment with business objectives
4. Lead integration of compensation and benefits programs following M&A/integration deals or setting up new operations.
5. Participate in global C&B process development as a member of the global C&B network, bring regional view and best practices to the attention of global C&B.
6. Provide process support, advice and training for business management and HR in the region regarding all C&B processes
7. Prepare and distribute written and verbal information to employees on C&B policies to raise awareness and spread knowledge
8. Complete other work assigned by superior.
Requirements:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance or a related is required. A Masters degree in a related discipline is highly desirable.
2. 4- 7 years experience in a Compensation and/or Benefits management role, preferably in a global / centralized HR environment. HR Generalist and payroll experience is beneficial
3. Professional Certification (GRP, CCP) highly desirable but not required.
4. Specific management experience in C&B planning, research, policy development and program design to include health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, base and incentive pay.
5. Knowledge of HR, Benefits, and pay-related laws and regulations in several countries is required.
6. Experience and good command of global HR systems, strong Excel skills required
7. Strong multi-tasking and presentation skills.
8. Strong commitment to problem resolution, confidentiality and team building.
9. Ability to interpret and assist in implementing key business drivers/strategies and their relationship to human performance strategies.
10. Proven experience of managing change.
11. Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to effectively work, communicate and collaborate within a highly matrixed geographically-dispersed organization.
12. Ability to travel domestically and internationally upon request.
