Internship at Prestigious International Financial Consulting Company (China Focused)
Job Description:
1. Prospecting tasks
2. Cold calling global financial institutions
3. Creating company and key investment personnel dossiers
4. Research into Greater China financial markets (regulatory landscape included)
5. General research tasks
6. Translations (Chinese-English)
7. Developing marketing material (must have strong knowledge Powerpoint or Publisher)
8. Excel work (Strong Excel skills required)
9. Coordination of high level meetings
10. Communicating with internal analysts and consultants on various projects
11. Participating in corporate due diligence process
Job Requirements:
Strong English and Chinese (spoken ,written ,reading ) skills a MUST!
Strong MS Office skills (Powerpoint or Publisher , Excel, Word,) a MUST!
Must be able to work in Shanghai office, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.
Must be able to work a minimum of 4 months for this internship.
Ability to create presentations.
Ability to translate between Chinese and English.
Understanding of financial markets preferred.
Strong soft skills :ability to communicate with foreigners .
Proactive :ability to work independently to achieve results .
Ideal candidates :undergraduate university (Senior year)
Client Servicing Associate
Requirements
? Undergraduate Degree (BA/BS)
? Background or a strong interest in asset management, finance, economics
? You will be expected to be organized, a team player, have a willingness to achieve and be able to prioritize your time efficiently.
? Ability to multi-task effectively and with a service oriented attitude
? Strong telephone/communication skills
? Exceptional written and verbal communications skills and fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Candidates with proficiency in additional languages will be strongly considered.
? Proficiency in MS Office applications
Responsibilities
? Responsible for client servicing and any related activities such as maintaining and developing client relationships.
? Provide customer service and support to both existing and new customers, and prepare all related documents such as contracts, invoices and distribution lists.
? Provide support and liaison to the management, sales and consulting teams to ensure that customer service standards are developed, maintained, and consistently followed.
? Handling inbound customer telephone calls and responding appropriately e.g. complaints, queries, and initial sales enquiries.
? Maintain accurate and up to date customer information.
? Build executive level relationships with clients to understand their business needs in relation to the use of our products and services
? Become a contributing member of a dynamic company
