In this role, you will participate actively in the whole process of research projects serving a wide range of clients in various industries. You should guarantee the sound implementation of the projects while sometimes you need to run some projects in a reasonable scale as Project Manager and work on large size of projects as a core team player. In general, you will be responsible for providing our clients high quality service within the given time.

Responsibilities:
1. Research and consulting on Product/Service Design & Innovation
You will use various methodologies to conduct research to better accommodate to our clients’ needs and eventually devise a competitive proposal or final report. The research and solutions provided to our clients should be based on the customer insight and innovation.
2. Client service and vendor management
You shall maintain a sound and solid relationship with our existing clients and build new partnership with more clients. On the other side, you will closely work with our vendors and coordinate between the recruits and our clients as needed.
3. Concept development
You will work with the team to figure out design or innovation concepts at the meanwhile you shall communicate with engineers or manufactures to make sure the concepts can be realized.
4. Project management
While managing a project of reasonable scale, you shall properly allocate the resources, control the expenses and respect the deadline. You shall lead your team to deliver the expected deliverables on the request of our clients.

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above in majors as below. Overseas experience preferred
？ Design related. Industrial design, UI design, Visual communication design, Human centered design, service design, etc.
？ Research related. Psychology, sociology, business/marketing, management, etc.
2. Work experience
？ Minimum 2 years experience, ideally 3 years above
？ Experience in well-known innovation, design, research, or consulting firms preferred
3. Capabilities and skills
？ Be familiar with research and analytic tools, such as persona, scenarios, mind mapping, experience journey, concept / product testing, etc.
？ Good skills in communication, logic and systematic thinking, innovative thinking, strong presentation skills
？ Be familiar with design trends, materials, engineering, manufacturing, etc.
？ Good project management skills
4. Others
？ Passionate in innovation, user research, design strategy
？ Result-oriented, good professionalism
？ Warm, open-minded, proactive
