2.对动画原理有系统的认识，对动画有良好的感觉，能胜任各类动画制作。
3.艺术类相关院校毕业生，1年以上三维游戏动作制作经验。
4.善于沟通，有优秀的学习能力及良好的团队意识。
5.有手绘动画能力者优先。
