Primary Focus

The Senior Campaign Execution Specialist position is responsible for account management and product delivery for POS production. This role will involve delivering exceptional service management, ongoing cost savings and added value for the client. In addition the Senior Campaign Execution Specialist will manage progression of the jobs with suppliers through the various stages in the production lifecycle and will ensure that clients are updated regularly on the progress of their work.

Requirement

■Operations

· Procurement and project management of Point of Sale, delivering on time, to specification, to quality and to contractual targets

· Managing the necessary tracking and analysis of production requirements

· Provide technical input and advice on print projects as required

· Assume full responsibility for processing and production of all requests from receipt of brief through to final delivery and invoice preparation

· Implement best practice with wider Tag operations

· Implements and uses management information systems throughout the progress of the job

· Management of campaigns and components

· Ensure detailed specifications for suppliers are in place

· Management of campaign kitting and delivery logistics

· Develops strong relationships with suppliers and is expert in their capabilities

· Implements and uses management information systems

· Ensures best practice in conjunction with wider Williams Lea operations group

· Daily tracking and analysis of benchmarking information, ensuring that this data is communicated monthly to the Account Manager

· Provide management information on demand

· Deep understanding of Immedia/CMD operations and the ability to support training/daily operations where less experiences users need it

· Ensure all client SLA’s are met

· Effective introduction and management of Tag’s e-procurement and job tracking systems

Finance

· Ensures the client is fully aware of costs on all jobs and obtain client authorisation for any cost increases

· Working to Tag operating budget, understanding of P&L and billing process

· Helps to produce end of month MI reports where required

· Ensures most competitive costs are achieved on each project

· Ensures best practice procedures are followed and documentation complete

· Meet contracted cost saving targets

Client Management

· Builds relationships with clients and partners and manage their perceptions and expectations

· Owns and resolves customer complaints

· Ensures all communications are carried out in a professional and timely manner

· Attends customer meetings

People Management

· Mentors and guides team as appropriate

· Manages Campaign Execution specialists on site including managing leave cover & performance management

Business Development

· Demonstrates an understanding of the technological direction of the industry and how these advances will benefit the client

· Identifies and develops business opportunities in line with the business plan

· Strong focus on delivering innovative ideas to the client to support their business requirements

Process

· Constantly reviews and revises procedures and processes to ensure the most efficient means of working

· Ensures results of any customer satisfaction survey and general customer feedback is acted upon where necessary

· Implements and uses best practice principles

· Adheres to defined ordering, authorisation and billing process

· Implements local operating procedures manual

Quality

· Will demonstrate a concern for quality of results, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

· Should ensure all work is presented according to Tag and corporate guidelines

· Will identify and advise on potentially defective work

Key Qualifications and Experience (Including Technical Skills)

· Experience in a similar print procurement or print management environment with at least 3 years managing retail POSM/POPM projects

· Sound knowledge of POSM/POPM products

· Commercially astute

· Experience of working in an environment where priorities are constantly changing

· Focus on project management, timely delivery and achievement of Key Performance Indicators

· Strong computer skills (including MS office)
