Responsibilities
? Responsible for technical service and supports to customers
? Responsible for technical trainings to Biomin dairy sales team and distributors
? Responsible for translation of technical articles and publications
? Responsible for technical communications with foreign dairy experts in Austria and other countries
? Working out plans for technical supports
? Responsible for giving presentations at seminars/farmers’ meetings
? Gathering feedback from customers and market
? Handling and solving customer complains
? Colleting and monitoring technical activities of competitors
Requirements
? A Ph. D degree in dairy science or animal husbandry is required
? Minimum 5 years of technical service experience in the dairy segment is a must and relevant farm work experience is preferred
? Experience in Handling and solving customer complains
? Possess a good network of contacts with in the dairy industry
? Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
? Good written and orally English levels
? Good communication and presentation skills via MS office application.
? Possess flexibility to travel within China and overseas
? Good team work attitude
