2013 SXL Autumn PTA Programme
About SXL’s PTA Programme
The SXL PTA programme is designed to give high performing and ambitious university students practical skills and experience from the consulting profession. If accepted you will be involved part-time in a live consulting project, participating in every stage: from kicked-off, methodology development, to report delivery. You will be working in a team with other students led by an SXL Project Manager.
It is not a role play or case study! This is a real business project, with top multinational companies as clients, where your skills and business matureness will be put to the test.
Successful applicants will receive an SXL scholarship of up to 1500 RMB as well as a certificate and reference from SXL at the successful completion of the project.
Start: from October, 2013
Duration: 4 weeks - 8 weeks

About you
We want to attract candidates who meet the following basic requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Previous internship experience from consulting industry or MNC
- Excellent communication skills, both English and China language proficiency
- Study abroad experience
- Responsible, self-motivated and strong team spirit
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent online search and reading comprehension, proficiency with public and proprietary databases is a big plus.
- Solid understanding of economic, financial and general business concepts and terminology is a big plus.
