行政管理专业或英语专业大专以上
任职要求:
1、行政管理大专或英语专业优先，一年以上相关工作经验。
2、形象气质佳，具有亲和力。
3、热情开朗，具有优秀的沟通技巧。
4、工作认真负责，有耐心。
5、熟练操作办公自动化软件。
职责：
1、负责统计考勤数据，及时、准确的做好每日、每周、每月的考勤；
2、负责前台接待、信件报刊收发、电话接待、酒店预定、机票、火车票、饮用水定购等工作；
3、负责宣传资料的管理工作，包括登记、整理、归档等；
4、及时更新员工通讯录；
5、监管办公环境，设备维护、督促保洁人员做好清洁工作；
6、协助人事行政部及经理安排的其他日常行政事务。

1、行政管理大专或英语专业优先，一年以上相关工作经验。
