工作岗位：服装订单业务员

主要工作内容：

工作地点浦东金桥 新金桥路230号

招聘针织女装业务员，主要负责跟客户和国内 东南亚国外工厂的联系，。

需要用英文邮件或电话与国外客户联系确认订单生产中的各种问题。

要求如下，

1. 英文听说读写流利，四级及以上、

2. 针织服装订单相关经验三年以上，跟国外客户报价，订单细节沟通，可以翻译工艺单，并根据客户要求下达给工厂，解决日常工作中碰到的问题，确保服装订单顺利出货。

3.熟悉美国面料服装中的质量要求，确保产品达到客户需要的安全测试标准。

4. 灵活，做事认真负责，注重细节。

To assist in the provision of quality merchandising service to customers to ensure on-time delivery

Job Descriptions:

1. Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal parties for information/documents, comments and/or approval.

- Urge factories to provide missing information or documentation

- Obtain quotations info from factories

- Communicate customers’ requirements or comments on samples to factories

2. Coordinate sample submission to customers for approval.

- Pack and send samples

- Take photos of samples

3. Record order details in company’s systems for documentation, coordination, review and analysis

- Input order details in system

- Print Purchase Memo (PM) to garment mill

- Generate miscellaneous reports

4. Provide clerical and administrative support to the team

- Filing

- Photo copying

- knowledge of costing, market trends, product safety requirements, textile material, garment production, QA and compliance

5. Good planning and organization skills for developing clear, actionable and measurable plans, schedules, or priorities with minimal supervision

6. Performance oriented, initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems

7. Good coordination and cooperation with internal and external parties for the project or problem in the whole process

8. Good negotiation skills to satisfy the interests of multiple parties to maximize the cost-saving for a qualified merchandising

9. Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to fit new and unusual situations to achieve business goals

TEAM:

Key relationships

Internal: Buyers, Designers, Merchandisers, QA/QC people overseas, etc.

External: suppliers, garment mill

OTHER KNOWLEDGE:

1. Education Level: College or university graduated. (Preferable in Textile field, international trade, business english or similar qualification)

2. Years of Experience: 3 years experiences in Buying/Trading office on garment fields for US Market., experienced on woven and knitwear of young ladies, .Familiar with vendor network for garment manufacturing in Southasia area.

3. Language Skills: Good command of verbal & Written English .

4. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, outlook etc) professionally.

5. Travel Requirements: Not required.

Salary 7000-10,000

本公司是一家注册在外高桥自贸区的外商独资企业，成立于2004年4月份。公司主要经营服装面料的进出口贸易，转口贸易、保税区企业间的贸易及贸易代理，以及保税区内商业性简单加工及贸易咨询服务。公司投资方是韩国Kyusung Corporation (奎星株式会社)。经营地在浦东新区新金桥路。
    本公司另有一家生产加工企业，2007年在浦东金桥注册成立，在2017年厂区迁到了奉贤，目前还在稳步发展阶段，主要是设计、生产服装、家用纺织品等，并销售自产产品，拥有自己的进出口权。公司在奉贤的经营生产地的厂房共4层楼，面积约4000平方，主要承接韩国各大医院的订单。除此之外还有许多国外的服装订单，业务还在不断的扩大中，且有约30%的订单外发加工。目前贸易公司有员工二十几名，绍兴柯桥设有办事处。
   我司除了韩国医院订单以外主要是做walmart, kmart 等美国各大品牌的SWIMWEAR COVER TOP, 主要产品是针织类面料及服装。产品多销往外省市及出口到美国、韩国及东南亚等地。
   另外由于公司业务有所扩展，在网店方面也做了一些投资，目前主要是销售韩国的饰品等，后期还会增加韩国的服饰、包包及食品等。

   今年开始疫情影响逐渐减少，外贸订单有所复苏，我司的服装订单也逐渐增加，因此打算招聘服装订单业务员一到两名。
