Responsibilities:

1.Provide technical and functional support to clients;

2.Draft and distribute weekly communications to community members;

3.Engage with members;

4.Participate in internal meetings:

5.Support data and reporting requests;

6.support member retention, member appreciation efforts;

7.Community administration with potential for management, May also be called upon for ad-hoc project support;.

8.To maintain the functionality and vibrancy of online research communities and to support efforts to bring valuable insights to clients from these communities;.

9.Coordinating and monitoring projects, checking data, etc..

Requirements:

1.Minimum BA/BS in research, marketing or related field;

2. 2 years of working experience desirable;

3.Working knowledge of market research related concepts from education or professional experience;

4.Analytical, inquisitive, energetic, self-motivated. Ability to learn quickly, detail oriented;

5.An effective written and verbal communicator. An excellent aptitude for project management;

6.Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, and work under tight deadlines. Technically savvy. . ;

7.Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; SPSS OR SAS knowledge a plus;

8.Capability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written;

9.Quick learner , willing to take challenging work;.

10.Automotive interest or experience is desirable.
