Responsibilities:

1.Daily management of online communities to unearth insights that drive business results for our clients.

2.To oversee online communities that deliver timely, actionable insights to our clients;

3.Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, facilitating client meetings, managing client and team expectations;.

4.Designing research activities to meet client objectives and overseeing the fielding, analysis and reporting of research findings;

5.Owning the quality assurance of all research activities and client deliverables, working in PowerPoint to develop visually engaging, professional reports , monitoring and coaching team members.

Requirements:

1.Minimum BA/BS in research, marketing or related field;

2.4-6 years of working experience desirable;

3.Professional experience in market research or related field such as advertising, marketing, media where you gained working knowledge of market research concepts;

4.Excellent client management and consulting skills, project management skills, detail orientation.;

5.Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities;

6.Strong survey writing abilities;

7.Strong ability to analyze and distill themes from quantitative and qualitative data and develop compelling client deliverables;

8.Ability to work in a collaborative environment and under tight deadlines;

9.Ability to teach and coach younger staffers. Must be technically savvy;

10.Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; SPSS OR SAS knowledge a plus

11.Capability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written;
