Qualification Interval 180 days

1.0 Position Summary
The position is filled to manage line production activities, to improve production productivity, quality, customer on time ex-works delivery and inventory control of WIP.

2.0 Job Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for organizing daily production schedule implementation in according to planning demand.
2. Improving Kanban implementation to pull cell production and timely feeder to line assembly for targeting on-time customer delivery.
3. Reviewing actual output of each work cell and take actions on unachieved target areas.
4. Coordination to purchasing for materials shortage and delay. Keep pushing for quick actions.
5. Coordination to ask facility/machine maintenance function for their quick response on equipment trouble-shootings. Resource support to facility/machine maintenance people required. Control machine down time in a limited.
6. Coordination to ask tool/fixture function for their quick response on tool/fixture ready in advance and maintained properly. Resource support to tool/fixture people required.
7. To be responsible for on line implementation of quality inspection run by operators. Taking actions to insure quality improvement for DPM controlled in target.
8. At support of quality control engineer, review the quality of operators operation and inspection and improve process to cut down scrap of on-line running parts within our set-up goal.
9. Managing MRO usage in each cell, decrease MRO cost to reach our target.
10. Implementation of EC/Deviation on required production.
11. Overall controlling overtime working plan at production under company and local authority’s rule.
12. Focusing on leadership of night shift operation by improving productivity and balance of operators shifting.
13. Maintaining and implementation of ISO 9001- 2000 related quality system. Taking corrective actions to improve quality system in terms of the audit requirement from the 2nd party or 3rd party.
14. Continue to improve 5S, TPE management on-site audit by EHS Specialist supported . Maintain equipment by TPE regularly at support of machine maintenance.
15. Providing leadership training for Team Leaders in managing skills to improve their ability of cross-functional communications, on site problem solving, dealing with emergency situation, on-site people management and so on.
16. Taking responsibility for evaluation of employees performance in terms of HR policy and procedure.
17. Supporting by participating new line capital investment plan and project inquiry outside.


3.0 Position Requirements

1. College degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or close.
2. At least 5 years working experience of production management in manufacturing industry.
3. A certain knowledge and experience of manufacturing hydraulic components is preference.
4. A good knowledge and experience of lean manufacturing in shop, including 5S, TPM, Quick Changeover, Poke-yoke, TQM, VSM and so on.
5. A certain knowledge and experience of running PFMEA, Control Plan, CP/CPk,PPAP on line.
6. Good leadership in people communications, motivating, team work, problem solving.
7. Excellent in focusing on detail and professional approach to line leaders in continue improvement of site management.
8. Be capable of doing analysis on production capacity and capability to be an guideline of capital investment.
9. Good written and spoken English is preference.
10. Familiar with Word, Excel and Power point application.
