Marketing Activities
(i) Product Marketing:
1. Select customer voice and postioning TE product strategy and roadmap.
2. Product promotion to the market. Internal training to sales and promote product to market by mar-com activity and customer visit...
3. Keep right product to right customer.

Product business development
1. Follow the regional management and global product leader's strategy, creat business development plan.
2. Be the opportunity champion in the core function team for the LeanPD process, select and summary the right customer voice to the team, drive concept design and customer design in.
3. Drive team make long term investment plan base on the biz plan, keep whole product profoilo ROIC and investment.
4. Push product cost saving

Customer Relationship Development and Maintenance
Create and maintain relationship with existing and new customers; coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sales.

Internal improvement on the dedicated product lines
Leadership to optimize the current production or engineering resources such as capacity planning, priority setting etc in order to ensure the company focus would be in the right direction

People Management and Development
Allocate & banlance work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop & motivate them in order to achieve targeted team performance and retain key talents.
