汇报对象: 该职位行政上直接向上海的布景设计和制作总监汇报，技术上向美国度假区系统设计经理汇报。该职位与度假区范围系统部的其它同事紧密合作。

职位描述概述:

电信/弱电/基础设施工程师 作为全度假区范围系统（RWS）的代表扮演度假区某一系统的RWS负责人。他或她将直接负责监督建筑网络布线基础设施、WiFi、电信和其它弱电系统建设的集成、安装、调试和测试工作。

合格的候选人应表现出创造力、远见和成熟的工程判断力。他或她预判并解决电信工程和安装的问题，强化项目目标和要求，制定良好的流程，遵循为各种工程项目所认可的标准和指导。他或她将在压力下与各式员工共事，提倡协同合作，体现自信的专业和无条件追求卓越的精神。

核心职能和职责:
? 推广并拥护迪士尼安全文化
? 管理多个度假区设施弱电安装的日常工作。与项目经理、估算员、计划员和施工经理合作来确保有关弱电范围的工作依照计划和规格完成。
? 强化度假区范围系统工程流程和标准; 确保高质量地完成工作。
? 监督并审阅所有弱电系统的测试和调试工作。
? 负责RWS交付成果的预算、工期和安装质量。
? 建立并维护与华特迪士尼幻想工程师、其它组织官员、公司、监管机构和其它相关领域的常用联系人。要求拥有针对关键问题说服和谈判的技能。
? 审阅承包商提交的工作成果并提供反馈意见。审阅弱电承包商和制造商的电子设备规格并提供反馈意见。
? 为职能和项目管理准备并定期介绍项目更新情况。
? 现场监督/管理特种弱电安装承包商的工作，并解决承包商之间的技术问题。
? 确保承包商遵守RWS/迪士尼/行业的标准和规程。
? 按需协调其它领域技术和支持人员的工作。
? 根据要求现场验证所有弱电结构布线系统的最终安装情况。
? 审阅最终弱电承包商文件并最终确定完工图纸。

技术能力和要求:

? 至少五年工程或安装监督经验，包括负责弱电系统的预算、工期和资源方案。
? 较强的施工知识。能够监督一个安装团队完成复杂项目，从采购、安装、测试和文件归档的全部阶段。
? 结构布线经验、光纤和/或铜线。了解熟悉相关行业标准和本地电气规定。
? 拥有CommScope和Corning产品培训及厂商认证尤佳。其它本地适用的电信认证 。
? 现代计算机网络、电信系统、边缘设备及其物理要求、整合、包装、组装、连接布线/设备架补丁和测试程序
? 拥有建筑和设施要求和具体专业产品整合入设施或景点的相关知识
? 能够向建筑师、设施工程师、承包商和施工经理清晰沟通弱电系统要求和技术概念。能够以非技术人员可以理解的方式介绍技术概念
? 与政府规定方接洽分析并确认规章要求的经验
? 工程专业理学学士，电气/电子或电信专业尤佳
? 愿意学习并在2年内成为BICSI注册通讯分布设计师（RCDD）
? 熟练使用微软办公自动化软件(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint和Visio)和AutoCad
? 能够使用普通话和英语清晰地与承包商和迪士尼员工沟通。能够使用中英文清晰而准确地书写
? 必须能够在无监督的情况下工作，能够将众多的建议整合并作为团队成员工作

Title: Resort Wide Systems Engineer (Shanghai Disney Resort–SHDR–Local Hire)

Department: 462 – Resort Wide Systems/Resort Telecommunications ELV Infrastructure

Reports to: This Responsible Individual (RI) role reports directly to the Show Design and Production Director in Shanghai, administratively, and to the US based Resort Wide Systems Design Manager, technically. This individual works closely with others in the RWS department.

GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Telecommunications/ELV/Infrastructure Engineer Acts as the responsible individual representing the Resort Wide Systems (RWS) team for a sector of the resort. He or she is directly responsible for supervising the integration, installation, commissioning, and testing of building network cabling infrastructure, WiFi, telecommunications, and other ELV systems.

The successful candidate demonstrates and practices creativity, foresight, and mature engineering judgment. He or she anticipates and solves telecommunications engineering and installation problems, reinforces program objectives and requirements, develops sound procedures, and follows recognized standards and guides for diverse engineering activities. He or she works well under stress with a variety of personalities and promotes a collaborative approach that reflects confident professionalism and an unconditional dedication to excellence.

CORE FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Promote and protect Disney’s culture of safety.
? Manage day-to-day activities of ELV installation for multiple resort facilities. Work with Project Managers, Estimators, Planers, and Construction Managers to ensure ELV scope is accomplished per the plans and specifications.
? Enforce RWS systems engineering processes and standards; ensure a quality final product.
? Monitor and review Test & Adjust activities for all ELV systems.
? Take responsibility for budget, schedule, and installation quality of RWS deliverables.
? Initiate and maintain regular contact with key engineers at Walt Disney Imagineering, officials of other organizations, companies, regulatory agencies, and other related disciplines. Requires skill in persuasion and negotiation of critical issues.
? Review and provide comments on contractor submittals. Review and comment on ELV contractors’ and manufacturers’ electronic equipment specifications.
? Prepare and present periodic project updates for Functional and Project Management.
? Supervise/manage specialty ELV installation contractors’ activities on site and resolve technical conflicts between contractors.
? Ensure contractors’ conformance to RWS/Disney/Industry standards and procedures.
? Coordinate between other field technicians and support personnel as required.
? Field verification of all ELV structured cabling systems final installation performance against requirements.
? Review final ELV contractor documentation and finalize as-built drawings.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

? Minimum five years engineering or installation supervision experience including responsibility for ELV systems’ budgets, schedules and resource plans.
? Strong construction working knowledge. Ability to supervise an installation team for complex projects through all phases of procurement, installation, testing, and documentation.
? Structured cabling experience, fiber and/or copper. Knowledge and familiarity with relevant industry standards and local electrical codes.
? CommScope and Corning product training and factory certification preferred. Other telecommunications certifications as locally available.
? Working knowledge of modern computer networks, telecommunication systems, edge devices and their physical requirements, integration, packaging, assembly, interconnect cabling/patching of equipment racks, and test procedures.
? Good working knowledge of architectural and facility requirements and integration of specific discipline products into a facility or attraction.
? Able to clearly communicate ELV system requirements and technical concepts to Architects, Facility Engineers, Contractors, and Construction Managers. Able to present technical concepts in manner understandable by non-technical people.
? Experience interacting with government regulators to extract and confirm requirements.
? BS in an Engineering discipline preferable electrical/electronic or telecommunications.
? Desire and willingness to study and become BICSI Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) within 2 years.
? Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio) and AutoCad.
? Ability to clearly speak both Putonghua and English to communicate with contractors and Disney staff. Ability to write clearly and concisely in English and Putonghua.
? Must be able to work without supervision but able to integrate inputs from many individuals and work as a team member.
