岗位职责

1、主导项目招投标、合同谈判、管理团队搭建，实时监控现场各项施工活动并实现各项设立的项目目标

2、会同公司共同设定项目各项目标，包括工期、成本、安全、质量以及成功交付的各项参数要求

3、领导项目管理及执行团队，按照既定的流程和系统实施管理，并确保项目在约定的时间和预算内如期交付

4、负责整个项目的沟通及协调工作，涉及建设单位、设计单位、监理单位、工程管理公司、政府主管部门，以及常规的工程会议和书面交流

5、负责工程项目中的界面管理及变更管理

6、着眼对老客户的新业务开发，并实时向公司汇报潜在机会

任职要求：

1、30－50周岁，大专（含）以上学历，主修工民建等相关专业；

2、8年以上现场工程管理经验，独立管理过外资工业和商业项目的施工；

3、善于处理施工中的难题，有较强的施工管理能力和综合协调能力，以及危机解决能力

4、资质和职称要求：一级建造师资质；工程师职称；高级工程师优先；

5、熟悉建筑施工工艺流程和相关法规，沟通协调能力强；

6、曾在知名施工企业担任大型工程项目经理者优先

7、有英语交流能力的优先
