职位描述
1. Answer direct calls from guests for product information and calls from agent for business and follow up related bookings;
2. To be responsible for individual and group business for 5-10 agents.
3. Deliver a consistent and high level of customer service to build a excellent company image through toll free line;
4. Be involved in the completion of company’s projects and related tasks
5. Familiar with products and to be a brand specialist within company
6. Work with other departments to full fill all sorts of promotion campaign;
7. Provide accurate and timely information utilizing company resources.
8. Maintain the reservations and finish weekly reports of bookings and payment status.
9. Performs other duties as required. This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position. Employees will be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor or management.
1. 接听国内合作方及各地散客电话，并在内部预订系统中做相应操作；
2. 负责5-10个合作旅行社的固定业务，包括散客及团队预订；
3. 接听咨询热线时，能始终如一地达到并超越公司的服务质量标准，在客人及旅行社心中建立皇家形象；
4. 参与完成部门项目和相关任务；
5. 熟悉公司内部预订系统及公司所有产品，在公司内成为品牌专家；
6. 协助其它部门推动各个活动的完成；
7. 提供准确及时的信息，有效利用公司资源；
8. 有效管理和监督所负责的旅行社的预订，每周完成各类预订情况报告。
岗位要求：
? Bachelor above required
? To be proficient with the system applications in order to swiftly locate the caller’s reservation, establish status of booking and to search for information via the intranet.
? In-depth knowledge of AS 400 system.
? Excellent communication skill.
? Excellent team player.
? To be a role model within the Call Centre and display professionalism at all times.
? 本科以上学历
? 学习能力强并能熟练应用系统操作以便快速通过内网查询到预订以及预订状态；
? 熟练运用AS 400 系统知识；
? 具有良好的沟通能力；
? 具有良好的团队合作意识
