工作职责：

重要品牌提案比稿的设计，用视觉完美表达创意；

公司重要项目中的关键性设计；

在对各重要客户一贯设计风格的掌握和品质控制；

协同设计师，带领团队顺畅执行。

任职资格：

四年以上业内艺术指导/设计经验，接受过正规的美术/设计方面的训练，具备非凡的艺术构思能力和设计技巧；

具有平面、动画及互动方面的设计能力；

必须具备有关 Flash、HTML/DHTML 和网络浏览器各项功能的全面知识；

对 Photoshop 和 Illustrator 的使用须达到专业水平；

能设计专业水准的 Flash 作品；

具备视频/3D方面的技巧更佳。

Position Statement:

Be responsible for the creative design to preliminary proposal, express the creation by using the attractive visual ;

Be responsible for providing creative design to main projects in company;

Master the consistent design style of clients and control the quality of design;

he control and quality control to the design style has always been an important customer;

Lead the team to ensure execution smooth and collaborate with designer.

Job Requirements:

With more than 4 years experience of art direction or design , received formal training in art / design, have the ability of artistic conception and extraordinary skill of designing;

With ability of graphic design、animation design、interactive design;

Must have a comprehensive knowledge about Flash, HTML/DHTML and web browser functions;

Reach the professional level with using Photoshop and Illustrator;

Can design professional work in Flash;

Be better with skills of making Vedio or 3D.
