职位描述
Main Duties:
1) To be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
2) Achieves company sales goal and profitability.
3) Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth align with company vision and values.
4) Develops plans to expand the clients’ base in the marketing area.
JOB Responsibilities
1. Sales
1) Handles day to day sales inquiry.
2) Conducts centre tour with prospectors and follows up with proposals and calls.
3) Negotiates the contracts with client and close the deal effectively.
4) Makes cold calls and sales blitzes to launch different sales promotions.
5) Maintains positive relations with real estate agents, MNC HR, law firm and registration companies.
6) Attends all kinds of events to increase company market awareness and create new sales opportunities.
7) Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
8) Assists in the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans.
9) Coordinates with customer service department to ensure the delivery of high quality service.
10) Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
11) Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
12) Conducts regular marketing research in regard to market trends, competitor information etc.
2. Client PR
1) Understands clients’ field of business.
2) Handles complaints and takes action immediately.
3) Maintains contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
4) Assists and participates in all kinds of client’s activities.
Job Specifications:
1) 5-7 years of working experience in sales or customer service field.
2) Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
3) Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4) Confidence in presenting a tailor-made solution to prospectors and agents
5) Using a range of presentation skills effectively.
6) Ability to deliver a tailor-made sales process to achieve targets /KPI’s by generating leads, asking probing questions.
7) Willingness to work in a global team of professionals.
8) Good personality, integrity, initiative and has team work spirit.
9) Good computer skills.
