Key Job Responsibilities include:
Process and manage customer's orders in compliance with order fulfillment process guidelines, function's performance standard and business rules with competence in Yongyou system.
Track order status of overall order process with highlights in shipment/delivery of the right products, and documents follow up for smooth delivery of products to customers.
Take initiative and Work closely with Internal parties to solve problem at each stage of pre-order entry, order entry, post order entry and coordination of supply chain activities.
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with relevant business and functional groups through excellent communication skills.
Supplier management and shipment arrangement.
Acquire knowledge on the products and markets for quality order handling and effective customer interface

Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in international trade;
Fresh graduate accepted;
Fluent English speaking and writing capability;
Good interpersonal skill;
Good communication skill;
Good computer skills in MS Project / Office / SAP.
Be able to stay organized, calm and constructive under high stress.
